Update: 22.02.2024
The Finance Committee, as an impartial third-party organization, is committed to fair evaluation and resolution of appeals. Compared to regulatory channels and legal procedures, the committee's goal is to provide simpler and faster solutions.

The Financial Services Commission provides timely, efficient, trustworthy, and impartial solutions to conflicts between traders and brokers. It ensures that all relevant parties receive thorough and transparent responses to their inquiries. The committee further strengthens the protection of traders by managing the compensation fund.
It must be emphasized that the Ministry of Finance is an independent external dispute resolution (EDR) entity.
